To sign "Sea" in American Sign Language (ASL), begin by opening your hand until your thumb and little finger touch. Then, tap your chin with your extended index fingers, holding your hand sideways. After that, close your hands, lower them gradually, and spread out your fingers as you move your hands forward with your palms facing down.
