To sign "Surgery" in American Sign Language (ASL), extend your non-dominant hand flat with the palm facing slightly upwards towards the dominant side. Then, simulate a surgeon's blade with the thumbnail of your dominant "A" hand, making a downward cutting motion on the palm of the non-dominant hand.
