To sign "Peacock" in American Sign Language (ASL), start with your dominant hand in an "L" shape, palm facing out, and touch the tip of your index finger to your thumb near your mouth. Then, form both hands into "4" shapes with fingers spread. Place your hands near your ears, palms facing outward, and move them sideways and downward in a circular motion to mimic the spread of a peacock's feathers.
