Neighborhood

To sign "Neighborhood" in American Sign Language (ASL), form both hands into a "B" hand-shape, with your dominant hand facing left and your non-dominant hand facing right. Rest the dominant hand on the index finger of the non-dominant hand. Move the dominant hand sideways, then open its palm and make a circular wiping motion.
