How to sign
To sign "Directions" in American Sign Language (ASL), form an "F" handshape with both your dominant and non-dominant hands by curling your thumb and index finger on each hand, while keeping your other three fingers extended. Hold your hands in front of you with palms facing each other and fingers pointing forward, at about chest height. Move your hands back and forth in a small, alternating motion.
