Desperate

To sign "Desperate" in American Sign Language (ASL), make a "5" handshape with both hands, with the middle fingers extended and palms facing inward. Place the tips of your middle fingers near your chin. Alternately move both hands in small circular motions while keeping the tips of your middle fingers touching your chin."
